Shipping

We ship across Canada. Every order comes with tracking.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. If you order on a Friday afternoon it'll usually go out Monday, since we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times

Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days

These are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Rural and northern addresses can take longer.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Preorders

STRIVE orders are expected to ship between October 15 and 20, 2026. This depends on our production and freight timeline, so the date could move. If it does we'll email you. Payment is taken when you place the order.

If you order a preorder item and something in stock at the same time, the whole order ships together once the preorder is ready.

Address changes

Please check your address before you pay. If you need to change it, email support@arielwear.com before your order ships and we'll update it. Once it's been sent we can't redirect it.

Problems with your order

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@arielwear.com with your order number and a photo.
